Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Product Specialist within the Aesthetics market. This exciting role will be working across Kent. The purpose of this role is to maximise contribution in delivering sales growth of our client’s products on a month by month and annual basis. To deliver, support and communicate central marketing strategies at territory level in accordance with ABPI Code of Practice to ensure the short, medium and long-term success of the business unit strategic focus.

Requirements:

We are currently recruiting for a market leading pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Product Specialist within the Aesthetics market. This exciting role will be working across Kent. The purpose of this role is to maximise contribution in delivering sales growth of our client’s products on a month by month and annual basis. To deliver, support and communicate central marketing strategies at territory level in accordance with ABPI Code of Practice to ensure the short, medium and long-term success of the business unit strategic focus. To support the implementation of a NICE TAG with your customers by supporting business case development, treatment protocol development, capacity management and patients referral protocol

Essential Requirements: 
Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical hospital selling, or a strong track record of performance in GP/Hospital Pharmaceutical sales
Demonstrable skills in business planning and key account management
Clear understanding of the commissioning challenges and upcoming changes within your health environment and how they apply to your business
A proven track record in commercialising products. 
Preferably educated to degree level, ideally with a science base, but not absolutely essential
A proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within the Healthcare / Aesthetics industry)
ABPI qualified. 
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
To execute efficient territory coverage and management for maximum impact on sales
Use SAP data to focus on target groups 
Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning calls accordingly, ensuring the call rate is achieved
To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organising, and technical knowledge in achieving target 
Visit customers using competitor products to provide information on the brands
Ensure that the e-Detail Aids are used in each account
Maintain contact and relationships with all existing customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of products within the private clinic setting and advice on “best practice” in patient management
Sell the benefits of the company's portfolio within the area worked and drive the sales of these products
Prepare quotes, prices and terms through the effective use of the commercial policy
Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
Co-ordinates the running of the company’s Medical Institute training days and supports the faculty and lead in the delivery of these
Communicate accurate information regarding territory activity on a regular basis to Area Sales Manager
Record accurate information for every call on the CRM system.
Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
Complete business plans, monthly expense reports, up-to-date account profiles and computer customer database.
Participate in team meetings sharing knowledge, information and ideas with members of the Facial and Medical Team
Supports colleagues across the team to ensure overall delivery of Facial Strategy.
Works with the AMI Lead to deliver the AMI training plan.
Collaborates with the other members of the Medical team, in particular our Commercial team colleagues to support our customers and develop business opportunities across the portfolio range.
Work in synergy with colleagues from across the company to support business.
