By leveraging my client’s innovative and creative communications and technological expertise, detailed analytics, data and resources, the Director, Patient Recruitment Strategy will develop and implement a business plan for this exciting company to grow its service line to enable clients to maximize clinical trial patient recruitment and retention. The Director Patient Recruitment Strategy will work with experts to effectively develop and support new business opportunities and deliver high quality projects.

I am currently partnering with an innovative agency who is recruiting for a Director, Patient Recruitment Strategy to be based in the UK. Qualifications required

Significant (8 years plus) pharmaceutical/CRO/SMO/study site industry experience as a project manager/director of clinical trials or in performing a key clinical operations role

Must include experience directly working with sites/companies on patient recruitment strategies

Some line management experience

Minimum degree level in a scientific discipline

Further degree/business degree/PMP/PRINCE2 would be advantageous
