Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are recruiting for an Artwork Project Administrator for an 18 month contract.

Requirements:

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, are recruiting for an Artwork Project Administrator for an 18 month contract. 

The Artwork Projects Administrator will support both Artworks and RA for MA acquisition projects. The Artwork Projects Administrator will support the process of transitioning artworks files and meta data from partner companies.   Additional role responsibilities will be to support RA with the annotation of transitioning MA data into the superseding artworks and to support the company Artwork Coordinators in the management of this information and subsequent artwork workflow requests.                                      

Support Meta Data & Artwork File Transfer Process                           40%
a)       Support the Group Artwork process for the transfer meta data (SKUs/Item codes)
•         Review source data provided by current MA holder.
•         Convert meta data into a usable format required by company RA and Artworks
•         Validate data sets for accuracy  
b)       Support the Group Artwork process for the transfer artworks 
•         Review partner Artwork System versus meta data to ensure all artwork required are present.
•         Catalogue artwork components for use by comany RA and Artworks

2)       Annotation of RA & Artwork Change           20%        
a)       Support RA with the annotations of current artworks with MA change details.
b)       Support Artwork with the annotations of current artworks with technical change details.
c)       Support Artwork and RA Functions with proofreading process via TVT 
                
3)       Artwork Coordination Support        20%
a)       Support the Artwork Coordinators with Artwork workflows in the following way:
•         Coordination of annotated artwork files in line with Artwork Coordinator requirements
•         Cataloguing Braille and Barcode details on current approved artworks
•         Support the transition of Braille and Barcodes into company managed systems.
b)       Where required support the Artwork Coordinators with the initiation of artwork change requests.

4)       Process Documentation          20%
a)       Support regional and Group functions document revised processes for Group and Local SOPs
b)       Coordinate document change management and training requirements with QA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a Pharmaceutical/Regulatory environment
  • Experience in managing large data file sets in Excel
  • Experience in Quality Documentation
  • Detail orientation and focus on accuracy
  • Communication skills
