We are recruiting for a Territory Representative within the Woundcare market. This exciting role will be working across Surrey, Hampshire and Somerset. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth.
We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Devices organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Territory Representative within the Woundcare market. This exciting role will be working across Surrey, Hampshire and Somerset. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives through field-based selling activities which include cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, and driving market share and sales growth.
A Degree qualified or a commercially minded individual with recent exposure with the Medical Sales industry
The successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate that they can hold high-level clinical discussions with Healthcare professionals
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Ideally with business and clinical knowledge
Demonstrate effective time management skills, administrative capabilities and effective written and oral communication capabilities
High attention for detail and follow through and results oriented
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Ideally located in or around the Midlands, although this is not essential
This role will provide support for the Territory Manager on the defined territory within the Woundcare market.
Meets with Healthcare professionals who have clinical stakes in the Woundcare market in order to influence and further product sales.
Meets or exceed selling targets by engaging all targeted accounts as well as developing and executing a clear and logical plan to achieve overall territory sales objectives
Ensures timely advancement of the sale process with all targeted accounts achieving/exceeding the annual minimum required contract commitments
Demonstrates listen and respond selling skills to uncover customer needs and creates a compelling reason for customer to purchase, regardless of contractual constraints
Plans and documents daily call routine to ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts given sales time allocation, sales potential, geographical location, development of sales process, and utilise the CRM tool for the management of information, including expense management
Utilise all available tools to maximise sales growth including, but not limited to, Group Purchase Organisation and Independent Distributors Network contracts, marketing directives, sales reports and educational materials
Executes on Account Specific Action Plans (ASAP)
Knowledgeable of competitive activity and sales volume in each targeted account
Develop and maintain long-term relationships that lead to increasing use of products within target accounts.
Demonstrates clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge
Provides feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organisation to adapt tools/strategies to the market demand
Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships to share knowledge and leverage synergies within the organisation
