Job Summary:

A start up Biopharmaceutical client is looking to appoint a European Head Regulatory Affairs. This is a newly created role created to support their extensive growth plans.


  • Degree qualified
  • Strong industry background within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech company within Regulatory Affairs.
  • Proven background in all Regulatory requirements, especially CMC.
  • Previous line management experience. 


  • Manage submission scheduling. 
  • Regulatory management of medical devices as manufacturer or distributor. 
  • Create, update, review and approve all product information including promotional material. 
  • Management of CMC activities. 
  • Prepare MAAs dossiers at both European at global level. 
  • Participate in reimbursement/pricing dossiers. 
  • Provide regulatory support to contribute to the implementation of regulatory strategies for new products.
