About the department Our Client is the market leader in both our continence and ostomy divisions and has developed excellent relationships with our customers – which will provide you a great platform to build your career.

We have expanded our NHS Partnership team and have recruited an experienced Market Access Market Manager to support the team. We have developed an innovative offering that is industry leading. We have a really exciting proposition and we want the right team in place to develop relationships with our customers and work with them to develop customer –focused solutions.

This is a job for someone who is ambitious, desires success and is willing to take responsibility for growing their business.

The job You will be accountable for driving sales and market share growth in the local health economy. You will play an active role in identifying and managing your accounts and engage the wider local team to work collaboratively for the brand. You will have the freedom to recommend and take opportunities to develop your business and be responsible for promotion to key NHS influencers.

Qualifications • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape policy and how it affects local delivery of healthcare • Full understanding of the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / competitors / customer group levels / government) • Demonstrable Key Account Management experience • Excellent negotiating skills • Project Management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor and review projects

You will be an experienced and highly successful sales professional who has experience in dealing with NHS influencer customers. With a high level of strategic therapy area expertise, insight and understanding of the NHS environment, you will identify solutions for customers, deliver value propositions and facilitate change that benefits both patients and the business.



Strong understanding of the NHS landscape policy and how it affects local delivery of healthcare; Full understanding of the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / competitors / customer group levels / government); Demonstrable Key Account Management experience; Excellent negotiating skills; Project Management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor and review projects; Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate data; Record of successfully developing key opinion leaders; Exceptional business planning skills; Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally; Degree or equivalent qualification; Live in area covered; Full driving licence;

Experience of working within an NHS management function; Marketing Experience; Experience of working with CCG’s;
