Job Summary:

Supply Chain Planning Business Readiness Lead - Earn up to £523 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £677 per day (LTD)Our Global Pharmaceutical Client is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Business Readiness Lead, to join their team for 12 months, to support the delivery of Supply Chain Planning and provide the Business Readiness and Business Change to GMS as an aligned set of activities in conjunction with SAP ERP deployments

Requirements:

Supply Chain Planning Business Readiness Lead - Earn up to £523 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £677 per day (LTD)

Our Global Pharmaceutical Client is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Business Readiness Lead, to join their team for 12 months, to support the delivery of Supply Chain Planning and provide the Business Readiness and Business Change to GMS as an aligned set of activities in conjunction with SAP ERP deployments

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Planning and associated processes within the ERP and CCC template (Planning processes along both APO and ECC SAP Component, integration with Production Planning, Direct Procurement, Order to Cash and interfaces to customer & supplier systems)
* Use this knowledge to engender detailed business understanding of Supply Chain Planning, driving template configuration for the ERP deployments based on derived Business Requirements for the Site and their supported Supply Chain
* Assist with data, configuration and parameter mapping to ensure that all supporting components are defined in line with the agreed application of the ERP template ( to meet agreed business requirements)
* Work with the deploying sites to ensure their detailed Supply Chain business requirements are correctly identified and impacts of change to their ways of working are recognised and mitigation is planned
* Flag these impacts for potential template modifications and communicate to ERP programme
* Provide best practice training and education packages to business users on the Supply Chain Planning processes and associated standard work
* Support ERP programme and business in informal and formal testing
* Support ERP deployment with Cutover: Post Go Live embed sustainable Supply Planning processes and WOW within business; Build Supply Chain Planning and SAP capability within the business and support organisations, to a level that allows them to undertake all aspects of E2E Supply Chain Planning support and improvement



Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

* Functional SAP APO SNP Heuristics consultant with significant Business Change capability
* Demonstrated depth of knowledge and experience of Supply Chain Planning acquired through delivery and support of E2E Supply Chains
* Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain Planning Processes and their dependencies i.e. Production/Material Scheduling, Sales and Distribution etc
* Comprehensive understanding of all associated data, configuration and parameterisation
* Continuous Improvement: capable of setting clear goals and tracking the realisation of these goals through business changes and systems implementation programmes
* Teamwork: capable of working effectively in large, cross-functional teams within a complex project / programme environment
* Planning: capable of defining detailed plans for their deliverables and aligned sub-teams and driving these sub-teams to deliver to these plans
* Highly developed internal and external customer focus and stakeholder management experience
* Ability to manage high workload against demanding timelines, prioritising where necessary to meet these
* Sound interpersonal skills working across different levels and cultures, team working, performance management, staff development and coaching experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills – second European language an advantage
