Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate various departmental activities related to the collection, organization and dissemination of regulatory submissions. This role is primarily focused on planning and tracking regulatory activities globally. Requirements:

Regulatory Operations Publishing "CONTRACT ROLE" - Based in the Netherlands 

Location: The Netherlands, Amsterdam, The Hague

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate various departmental activities related to the collection, organization and dissemination of regulatory submissions. This role is primarily focused on planning and tracking regulatory activities globally. By applying a disciplined project management mindset to tracking various tasks and requirements, you will help provide broader visibility to changes in the global product portfolio and also serves as a central point of knowledge in terms of status and responsibilities.
 

Experince Needed:

  • At least 4 years experince in Regulatory Operations or publishing  or a a role closely associated with interpretation of health authority regulations, product change control, labeling, submission publishing, or registration tracking
  • Familiarity with applicable regulations, interpreting regulatory guidance and monitoring the external regulatory environment for changes that impact submission standards or other regulatory practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively, establish and maintain productive working relationships, and influence peers and others within the organization
  • Strong proficiency in project management software, e.g. Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with registration tracking, submission planning and document management systems and concepts
  • Strong organizational skills This is a great opportunity to join a highly rated Regulatory Operations team in a role where you will be showing leadership in the form of ideas development for the continually evolution of both tracking and publishing systems.  This broad based role will include all aspect of regulatory operations but with an initial primary focus on registration planning & tracking;
