Or client is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium molecular diagnostic products and services that are used to diagnose human diseases, screen donated human blood and to aid in biomedical research. They are also a leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of medical imaging systems and biopsy devices as well as surgical and treatment products, with an emphasis on serving the healthcare needs of women. Their business is dedicated to impacting the lives of people across the globe through the early detection of disease, improved diagnosis and less invasive treatments.

As a result of their continuing growth, they now have an immediate requirement for a (Senior) Marketing Manager, Cervical Health, EMEA to join their business on a permanent basis. Although they would ideally like to base this role in the UK, they will consider candidates from most major European cities, in close proximity to a major airport. There is an element of travel involved in this role and the new incumbent must be aware and comfortable to travel 30% of the time.

In this role the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager uses a strong Marketing background to develop and execute positioning, messaging and respective programs that will enable them to grow the company’s market shares in HPV testing and Cytology and in the combined use of both. Great communications skills help liaising between Global and local Marketing, Sales and Applications for maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Marketing roles (preferably in the Diagnostic industry) with experience working/collaborating across departments, countries, with US based headquarters and within a complex matrix environment. They require an individual who is pro-active, demanding, result driven, creative, growth mind-set, passionate about what they do. A degree in Marketing would be desirable but is not essential.

An excellent basic salary, bonus and benefits will be paid.
