HOMEBASED – Scotland – One Sponsor

We are looking for an experienced CRA II to join our skilled clinical research team. This role offers a strong basis for personal development and progression as we encourage our employees to go for promotion in-house. The selected candidate will monitor regionally in Scotland and will work directly with one sponsor.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work across all aspects of study site monitoring from start-up to close-out, including the establishment of monitoring plans
  • Develops and maintaining collaborative relationships with investigational sites and client company personnel.
  • Evaluate compliance and performance of site staff, mentor and contribute to the development of junior staff.
  • Take part in the development of assigned protocols and Case Report Forms

Skills Required

  • 3+ years monitoring experience
  • Life Science degree
  • All types of monitoring experience across phases II and III
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel to sites regionally in Scotland
