A Senior Program Manager with good Strategy, change management, engagement, Plant management, organisation & strong insight into working within, delivering and managing highly complex environments is needed to join a growing Pharmaceutical Organisation.


The Program Manager manages multiple large-scale Design & Development and /or New Product Introduction projects or highly complex programs within the client organisation according to the scope, budget and time schedule.

You will be an excellent communicator, a strong character with excellent organisation skills. You will need good customer orientation and relationship skills.

• Control and coordinate all relevant Project Resources
• Create, execute and revise project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements in reference to the scope of the project.
• Manage and monitor critical aspects of projects in conjunction with Project Managers and /or other key program work stream leads
• Identify required capabilities and resources in support of the project scope and deliverables.
• Identify customer needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Manage the execution of validations and associated tests required to be performed in the pre-production phase in close collaboration with Design Assurance.

The successful Program Manager will need to have strong exposure to principles/methods of process, production qualification, relevant production process knowledge, ideally any knowledge of moulding, medical device and injection moulding will be advantageous.

This role requires someone with a real desire for engagement, continuous improvement, raising process standards, developing culture, essentially a large element is in and around the change management space.
