Premier Research is looking for a talented and energetic Clinical Research Associate to contract with our team in Perth, Australia!
This is an exciting opportunity to contract with a growing team in Australia, working on a novel study - the first of its kind in Australia. You will be pivotal in working with one of our sites in Perth, and will have the opportunity to be part of something new, challenging and exciting. Here at Premier, you really can make a difference!
You’ll be accountable for:
Monitoring (remote, onsite or other approved mode of monitoring) with a focus on data integrity and patient safety in accordance with specific country regulations
Planning day to day activities for monitoring of a clinical study
Preparing for and conducting on-site interim monitoring visits at investigator sites
Escalating issues and providing feedback for the team
Providing accurate and timely submission of trip reports
Managing query resolution process with sites and Premier Research Data Management
Assessing project feasibility and recruitment, as applicable
Participating in Investigators’ Meeting as designated by Project Manager
Managing investigative sites via telephone calls between visits
Ensuring adherence to study timeline and budget
You’ll need this to be considered:
Willing to be home-based for report completion
Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution; a licensed health-care professional (i.e., registered nurse); or equivalent work experience required.
Strong experience in monitoring complex and / or global trials ideally with a CRO background
Solid understanding of ICH / GCP regulations
Knowledge of clinical/health systems as well as knowledge of cultural/professional practices in Australia
Fluent verbal and written English
Excellent team player, collaborative and able to enable an effective team
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Self-starter with lots of common sense and able to act on own initiative
Valid driver’s license, passport as required
