Clinical Trials Administrator - Up to £30k - Office-based Oxford

Company Background

We are a biotechnology company developing novel therapeutics with a focus upon cancer. The company has a diverse portfolio build upon proprietary technologies combining small molecules, oncolytic viruses, vaccines, polymers and other macro-molecules. We currently have products in Phase I & II clinical development and an innovative pipeline of research stage and clinical trials candidates.

Role Responsibilities

Maintain and tracks clinical trial documentation ensuring they meet GCP standards
Complies study documentation and reports as requested
Attendance at regular clinical and project team meetings
Track monitoring visit report review
Support Project Management to ensure Clinical Trial Material / Investigational Medicinal Product distribution to clinical site globally

Skills Required

Clinical Trial Administrator experience in the area of pharmaceuticals or biotechnology (min 2 years) – preferable Oncology

Good understanding and of the management of the Sponsor Oversight File/ TMF

Good, practical working knowledge of GSP (GLP and GMP an advantage)

Excellent computer and organisational skills

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
