Job Summary:

Operational Change Manager / ERP Change Manager - Earn up to £366 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £474 per day (LTD)Our Global Pharmaceutical client is looking for an Operational Change Manager / ERP Change Manager to join their team in Middlesex for 6 months, to ensure that ERP template changes are effectively managed from a business perspective and are delivered effectively and in a timely manner


Operational Change Manager / ERP Change Manager– Earn up to £366 per day plus benefits (PAYE) or £474 per day (LTD)

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and maintain a detailed business change impact assessment (BCIA) that identifies and documents changes to the ERP template (per release)
* Create and, maintain a change action plan (CAP) that details all of the mitigating actions required to address each of the change impacts identified in the BCIA
* Monitor progress to completion
* Take proactive responsibility for identifying / managing any risks /issues identified during the creation of the business change impact assessment (BCIA)
* Lead the training compliance checks, ensuring that the business is aware of any actions required / monitor training completion and support the Cutover and Go/No-Go processes and where required, support colleagues in the training team
* Input into and support communications activities per release
* Complete all required BCE reporting / progress updates, and provide appropriate input into release and Non Wave Enhancement progress reports
* Where appropriate, identify and recommend opportunities to further improve existing reporting and governance
* Contribute to maintaining the ERP Retrofit Change Management Toolkit
* Support BCE leadership in the delivery of Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

* Strong experience of delivering transformational change on ERP programmes
* Demonstrable experience across change, training, communications and HR
* Previous Release Change experience
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, organisational, negotiation and leadership skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to develop productive working partnerships with leaders, managers, and to establish credibility with an existing group of experienced change managers
* Self-motivated and self-directed in understanding and setting priorities, establishing clear activities/responsibilities and target outcomes, with proven ability to work collaboratively, independently and as a team member
* Effective in a fast paced environment
* Able to drive performance against timelines
* Solid capability with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
