Job Summary:

A fantastic medical device company in Galway are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.


Our client, a rapidly growing medical device company based in Connacht, are now looking for a Production Supervisor to come on board.

This role will involve leading a team of technicians to ensure production schedules are achieved.

You will recruit, motivate and drive the team to maximise performance, handling any performance issues in a firm and fair manner.

Partner with Operations team to ensure processes are streamlined and efficient. Ability to promote continuous improvements in product and process quality.

Execute validations (process, equipment, product) in line with regulatory standards

Create and maintain documentation as per regulatory and quality requirements. 



Engineering or Business Degree
3 years supervisory experience in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical environment
Ability to maximise motivation and engagement. Inspire high performance and standards
Excellent teamwork skills
A creative self starter who is interested in learning and exploring new ideas.
