We are currently recruiting for a market leading Pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Healthcare Solutions Manager within the Urology & GI market. This exciting role will be working across the Midlands.

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Healthcare Solutions Manager within the Urology & GI market. This exciting role will be working across the Midlands.

Essential Requirements: 
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and ABPI Code of Practice
Knowledge of the evolving NHS – specifically the different customer groups and political influences
Experience of developing and implementing business plans
Proven track record of selling into policy making organisations
Experience of negotiating commercial contracts
Experience of developing key opinion leader advocacy 
Experience of pre-license / product launch activities
Knowledge of administration and computer systems 
Full driving license – no more than 6 points and no DD10
Strong solution sales skills with proven ability to plan and implement complex programmes delivering results across a health economy
Ability to develop strategic plans and then to build and manage relationships in complex organisations
Flexibility and support for working within a matrix structure
Project management
Ability to plan and organise own workload to achieve a broad portfolio of complex objectives
Ability to lead without direct line management authority
Strong communication and collaboration skills and a team player

Role Responsibilities:
Support sales development of defined products within the portfolio and assume joint accountability for sales performance with relevant sales teams
Develop and implement robust joint business plans for accounts within the defined healthcare geography that are consistent with national brand strategies.
Develop and agree annual budgets for investment of resources to optimally implement the business plan.
Develop and implement business plan review mechanisms to include targets for customer contacts, volume, growth and market share. 
Develop and implement local health economy contact plan to maximise influence on local NHS organisations.
Identify and develop effective relationships with key opinion-formers and stakeholders within NHS management structure in priority accounts, to optimise access for therapy area teams to promote our client’s products and services as appropriate. 
Utilise a pan portfolio approach to support the development of customer-focused solutions.
Identify, develop and implement commercial opportunities utilising policy drivers, based on environmental and customer insight.
Communicate customer, trade and competitor information and insights to therapy area sales and marketing teams.
