The Global Stability Team sits within Operations Quality. The team manages the Global Stability Strategy, Quality Assurance aspects of commercial stability programmes and provides stability expertise for technical issues.

The team manages the Global Stability Strategy, Quality Assurance aspects of commercial stability programmes and provides stability expertise for  technical issues. The group designs and manages an optimized global stability programme to monitor and ensure the quality of products throughout the shelf life

Stability Programme/QA Manager - 11-months - Global Pharma - North-West

 

The Stability Manager is responsible for:

1.     Stability Quality Assurance, in relation to all aspects of the global commercial stability management.

2.     Establishing and Monitoring adherence to Product specific Stability programmes, including specifications, protocols and  studies

3.     Identification of any issues that may result in stability related non-compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and commitments.

4.     Provision and Evaluation of stability information to support Regulatory submissions and commitments.

5.     Stability expertise to support queries on CMC documentation/Submissions/Commitments

6.     Overall surveillance of stability data, by evaluation and trending across all stability information.

7.     Investigation of any issues arising and initiate/coordinate/participate in investigations across  several functions across the supply chain..

8.     Technical assessment of impact of; supply chain changes, and translation of these into appropriate programs of stability studies.

9.     Stability QA support for Operations sites, e.g. stability contribution to APR/PQR, Temperature Excursions, Health Authority inspections, Stability technical support.

10.  Commercial stability input to NPI projects and take over the stability QA responsibilities after handover from R&D.
