Requirements:

Based in Athlone, Ireland the Global Clinical Supplies team are looking for a motivated, proactive and organised self starter to join a busy and dynamic team.  You will need to have an understanding/knowledge of clinical supplies and labelling, although prior experience is not a prerequisite.

 

 

 

You will be involved in:

  • Planning and executing all label and patient card related activities for assigned clinical studies.
  • Coordinating the preparation and regulatory approval of information to be included on labels for investigational products, non-investigational products, devices and patient cards in clinical trials.
  • Reviewing documents, requests for quotes, applying for purchase orders and managing selected vendor functions to ensure projects are managed and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Representing Global Clinical Supplies to the project team for label and patient card related projects

Qualifications

 

Experience and Skills Required:

 

  • Post high/secondary school degree required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and planning
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with limited direct supervision
  • Strong customer service orientation aligned with high standards of quality and excellence
  • Strong attention to detail with quality aspiration
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and interact with internal and external customers
  • Effective time management skills
  • Flexible and tolerance for stress
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and ability to manage databases
