Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Training Manager within the Pain Management market. This exciting role will be working from our client’s head office in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will deliver the training strategy in the UK to ensure the company achieves its overall objectives.

Requirements:

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Training Manager within the Pain Management market. This exciting role will be working from our client’s head office in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will deliver the training strategy in the UK to ensure the company achieves its overall objectives. 

Essential Requirements: 
Proven experience of developing and implementing training programmes
Proven communication, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
Pharmaceutical selling experience
Full understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry, including NHS environment and ABPI
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
Coaching certificate advantageous
Certificate in Training Practice is ideal
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Input in to the development and implementation of the annual Training plan 
Design and deliver training to achieve Company objectives, in collaboration with the Head of Training – not limited to the sales team
Deliver comprehensive product and disease area training and selling skills training programmes, using a variety of delivery methods and collaborating with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment across the business. 
Training includes - Initial training course for new employees and ongoing training for existing employees to meet training needs identified through collaboration with training, marketing and sales colleagues
Ensure all training materials are fit for purpose and adhere to our SOPs, policies and ABPI requirements
Ensure all learning is achieved within budget
Facilitate workshops and coach new and existing employees 
Be responsible for managing additional training projects as directed by the Head of Commercial Training
Responsible for ensuring the E-Learning platform and training records are up to date
