You will be:
A Senior Director of Client Services with overall responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and development, financial and resource management, and delivery standards of a range of account(s).
Agency lead for strategic discussions and routine client/agency reviews, driving strategic and tactical planning of accounts internally and with clients, including organic growth. Driving alignment across client teams, ensuring appropriate servicing and delivery standards and providing internal leadership of accounts and teams.
A client services lead for pitches and proposal presentations, with a passion for new business.
A member of the Senior Management Team within Medical Education, working closely with the MD to help shape and deliver our future growth and development.
Minimum 10+ years agency experience with at least 3 years in a senior role
A track record of success in building/leading large/complex accounts and teams
A track record of success in new business – generating new leads, responding to proposals, leading and winning pitches and growing existing accounts
Established ability to deliver onsite events and good experience of digital projects
An established network of professional expert and client contacts
Excellent understanding of pharma regulations and the commercial landscape
Naturally outgoing with strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, a clear sense of direction, ability to flex style according to the needs of clients and teams, respond rapidly to situations and manage internal/external issues
