My client, a medical device manufacturer due to extensive and on-going growth is currently searching for an experienced Administrative Specialist to join their affiliate in Munich, Germany part time - 2-3 days a week.
The company is looking for a person that has very strong communication skills in both German and English, as well as good admin skills in MS Office. You would be working together with our external customers and personnel within the organisation based across the whole Europe.
What is more, the company will provide you with laptop and mobile phone to make sure that they can accommodate your needs and sometimes you would be able to work from home. It is an excellent role for someone looking for flexible working time and wanting to expand their experience.
* Organisational office tasks
* Support customer concerns via telephone, email
* Providing advice and being able to handle and direct complains
* Writing of proposals, planning with the headquarter in Netherlands
* Organising schedules, meetings
