We are seeking a Project Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a global company that provides services and solutions to life sciences companies around the world. This a contract role based in New York, NY.

Job Role:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day to day business analytic and project management support for several GLM business activities.
  • This role is accountable for assisting with metric analysis and for providing project management and coordination for several activities within GLM's scope, such as assisting with Labeling Executive Committee (LEC) preparations, logistics, meeting minutes and overall tracking.
  • This role handles the many day-to-day business activities related to the organization, deliverables or processes which surface and require quick and efficient resolution. Various business needs related to resources, productivity, project management, operational support, and organizational structure are delivered on an ongoing basis and are supported by this role and may be required on short notice to answer high priority business development needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide project leadership and management and drive/lead projects on behalf of GLM
  • Provide Labeling business analytics support to GLM/WRO projects, this includes data analysis as well as dashboard creation.
  • Monitor and triage GLM group mailboxes to support business processes, such as content inconsistency and business partner Labeling
  • Assist in the management of the product Reference Label list
  • Coordinate management of the Labeling Executive (Sr. Leadership) Committee activities

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of providing sound leadership to projects and demonstrated ability to multi task and deliver high quality deliverables on time
  • Ability to assess and manage project timelines
  • Experience manipulating Excel and doing some simple macro coding
  • B.S./B.Sc required with advanced academic qualification/degree is desired; equivalent relevant professional experience will be considered.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare field required
  • Previous experience in Labeling, drug safety, medical information, or clinical research a plus
  • Experience providing materials and communicating with Sr. Executives
  • Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Experience in business analytics and development of metrics and dashboards
  • Complete fluency in English Language.
