Requirements:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Compliance Specialist to work for the Compliance Team, within the R&D division, at a global real estate and investment company. This is a contract role based in Hertordshire, UK.

Job Role:

  • To support Engineering groups by monitoring, auditing and assessment of compliance requirements in line with GxP and other regulatory requirements, assist with preparation and update of procedures and other tasks as required by the Line Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the compliance team in implementation of business requirements around GxP needs.
  • Provide technical support for issues related to equipment, systems or locations having significant risk to GWS operations.
  • Control, monitor and complete, where appropriate, audit actions to ensure actions are closed out as required
  • Support the Operations team in delivering the required compliance needs in GxP regulated areas and with the day to day site management when requested.
  • Assist with writing and review of contract specific procedures as required.
  • Assist with writing and review of Technical/Quality agreements as required
  • Assist with writing and review of R&D procedures as required.
  • Ensuring that quality activities are carried out in compliance with R&D quality arrangements and Account specific procedures and instructions.
  • Carry out audits to ensure compliance with R&D and Quality policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Provide support for agreeing and closing CAPAs.
  • Collate KPIs / metrics and investigate any problems with metrics.
  • Perform incidence/complaint investigation, identify root cause and establish mitigate actions to prevent issues from reoccurring.
  • Assist with and review incidence/complaint investigation reports and make recommendations to prevent a reoccurrences.
  • Maintain a quality culture between the company, R&D and subcontractors through good communication and documentation.
  • Ensure continued compliance with the company and customer corporate, regulatory and statutory authority requirements.
  • Identify, develop and implement a maintenance review programme so as to focus and improve maintenance policies and PPM
