This is a great opportunity to further your career in a fast paced, expanding organisation with a truly global reach. To be successful you will have the enthusiasm and flexibility required in a role where no two days will be the same. You will be a great organiser with excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide first class administrative support to our Recruitment team. The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Organising national and international interviews
  • Arranging candidate travel for interviews and processing interview expenses
  • Advertising - ensuring all roles are advertised and adverts are kept up to date
  • Uploading CVs to the PRA Recruitment database
  • Meeting and greeting interviewees
  • Ensuring all recruitment administration, paperwork and correspondence is managed professionally
  • Preparing employment contracts

Desired skills and qualifications:

The successful candidate will be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience using MS Office and databases. Recruitment Administration experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and work within a fast paced environment is essential.
