Job Summary:

Administrative Assistant / Administrative Support - Earn up to £14.90 per hour plus benefits (PAYE) or £19.10 per hour (LTD) Our Global Pharmaceutical Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Administrative Support to join their team for 8 months in Cumbria to support the Business Systems Shared Services (BSSS) team who help deliver effective and efficient ERP support services to multiple GMS sites and functions

Requirements:

Our Global Pharmaceutical Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Administrative Support to join their team for 8 months in Cumbria to support the Business Systems Shared Services (BSSS) team who help deliver effective and efficient ERP support services to multiple GMS sites and functions

Key Responsibilities:



* The key responsibilities are to perform several BSSS services in several ERP functional modules in accordance with the SLA agreed with the business, including Data Maintenance and data extraction; User Support and consultancy; Change Management advice; Service Development & Service Management

Quality Responsibilities:

* Read and understand all relevant Quality Management System documents and Operating Procedures relevant to your job role
* Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with our Quality Management System requirements to ensure cGMP standards are maintained
* Participate fully in our quality initiatives and attend training and complete assessments as required

Quality and Compliance:

* Comply to departmental governance procedures
* Report any issues and risk encountered as per department processes
* Ensure any owned risks are mitigated
* Ensure all owned CAPA’s and actions are completed within the agreed timeframe

EHS Responsibilities of the role are:

* Read and understand the EHS Systems documents and Operating Procedures relevant to your job role
* Ensure that all incidents and accidents are reported to determine root cause and that any subsequent CAPA’s are closed out in a timely manner
* Lead by example to demonstrate the right EHS behaviours and encourage others to improve our safety culture



Accountability:

* Perform service for staff across Multiple GMS Site’s in scope of BSSS, in multiple Countries/Regions and spanning different time zones
* Support central project initiatives related to ERP for GMS Sites and/or GMS IT
* Perform BSSS services for staff at home site and remote sites, in accordance with processes and direction set out by Service/Site Leads
* Deliver Data service through maintaining ERP Master Data across all ERP functional modules in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate manufacturing operations
* Extracting & collating data on customer request to support management decision-making
* Deliver User & Business Process Support service activities through:
* Addressing ERP service incidents and service requests made to the BSSS by customers

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

Essential:

* Evidence of experience in Data entry and extraction
* Data accuracy and integrity
* Good attention to detail
* Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions
* Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation
* Able to interact with and influence individuals
* Able to work effectively in a matrix organisation across geographies and cultures
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Desirable:

* Knowledge of use of the Remedy Incident Management system.
* Good understanding of GMS objectives and its sites’ operations
* People and communication skills, able to sustain high performance, results oriented, good understanding of the business, desire to progress and develop self
