Job Summary:

I am currently working with a leading Global Pharmaceutical organisation who are looking to make an addition to their expanding Quality team. The position will be for a Quality Manager and QP. The ideal professional for this position, will be a strong GMP Quality candidate, who is eligible to act as a permanent QP for human products. The company can offer a wide range of responsibilities plus the chance to progress through a very reputable and exciting organisation.


Your Tasks

  • Exercise QP responsibility for the release of medicinal products produced at the site as well as final release for medicinal products from external production
  • Development, review and approval of quality systems and relevant documents in close co-ordination with colleagues from specialist departments at the global and local level
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of government inspections and internal audits
  • Assessment of deviations during the manufacturing/testing as well as non-medical complaints
  • Supervision of the production and testing of participation in audits, design of quality assurance contracts and verification of relevant GMP documents
  • QA Contact for customers
  • GMP-QA representation in interdisciplinary product development teams (eg CMC teams, supply chain management) or as product coordinator
  • Assessment of national and international regulations as well as advising the specialist units at local and global level to implement the good manufacturing practices
  • Supporting local and global projects



  • Pharmacist with a successfully completed postgraduate degree in pharmacy or a person with a postgraduate degree
  • At least two years of practical experience in the examination of medicinal products as a qualified person
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in quality assurance, manufacturing or testing of medicinal products is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge in cGMP (EU, US) and international pharmacy
  • Good knowledge in the field of planning and controlling process flows
  • Knowledge of SAP QM and TLIMS Sample Manager is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, project management advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Self-employed, team-oriented work style, ability to intercultural cooperation
  • Negotiable English and very good computer skills required
