Job Summary:

Excellent opportunity to join a growing CRO as a Clinical Team Leader. In this pivotal role you will be required to co-ordinating projects and lead study teams across multiple countries, working in Oncology

Requirements:

 The Clinical Team Leader is required to oversee clinical studies in Oncology. This role could be based in various EU locations including UK, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands , Poland, Italy (other EU locations can be considered - office or home based).


Duties & Responsibilities


To lead clinical study teams in Oncology, covering various countries, working closely with the global project manager and client. Previous Oncology experience is required.


Requirements

Job Requirements:
 This position has responsibility within a project to supervise CRAs and cinical operations across global sites. As a high-profile role within the project, you will be required to communicate confidently with the Client, maintaining a professional image when working under time constraints, and act appropriately as a representative of the Company.

 You will also act as a point of contact and knowledge for the department, and assist other CRAs to develop their skills. This role provides functional leadership to a defined group of Clinical Monitoring staff working on a designated project (the Clinical Monitoring project team) to ensure satisfactory performance and completion of the project.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Previous experience as a study lead on several projects - overseeing CRAs across multiple countries (ESSENTIAL)
• Excellent knowledge of Clinical Research
• Strong communication skills
• The confidence and skills to lead and supervise a team
• Previous experience as a CRA, and coordinating/leading studies.
• Fluent English (other language skills would be an advantage but is not essential)

 

 

Additional Information

This is a full time position and can be office or homebased, depending on location. Travel may also be required.
