Excellent opportunity to join a growing CRO as a Clinical Team Leader. In this pivotal role you will be required to co-ordinate projects and lead study teams.

We are now looking for a Clinical Team Leader to oversee clinical studies in France. This role could be based in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands or Italy (flexible location - can be office or home based).. Working in a range of therapy areas, including Ophthalmology, Oncology and CNS.
This position has responsibility within a project to supervise one or more CRAs. As a high-profile role within the project, you will be required to communicate confidently with the Client, maintaining a professional image when working under time constraints, and act appropriately as a representative of the Company.
You will also act as a point of contact and knowledge for the Department, and assist other CRAs to develop their skills. This role provides functional leadership to a defined group of Clinical Monitoring staff working on a designated project (the Clinical Monitoring project team) to ensure satisfactory performance and completion of the project.
Duties & Responsibilities
To lead clinical study teams across multiple countries, in various therapeutic areas
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Previous experience as a study lead on several projects - overseeing CRAs across multiple countries.
• Excellent knowledge of Clinical Research
• Strong communication skills
• The confidence and skills to lead and supervise a team
• Previous experience as a CRA, and coordinating/leading studies.
• Fluent English (other language skills would be an advantage but is not essential)
This is a full time position and can be office or homebased, depending on location. Travel may also be required.
