Trainee Clinical Research Associate – DACH – Permanent Contract – Immediate Start

ClinTec International is actively recruiting for full-time Trainee Clinical Research Associates to join our expanding company in Belgium and the Netherlands. These are permanent contracts and are to be office-based in Munich/Vienna/Lucerne This is the ideal position for candidates who have a keen interest in the clinical research industry. Candidates should hold either a Life Science, Pharmacy or Nursing degree and have strong administration skills. No experience is necessary – all training will be provided by our highly knowledgeable clinical team.

Role Description

The Trainee Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for supporting our busy teams with administration and conduct of ongoing Clinical Trials. The successful candidate will be in charge of document management according to study protocol, standard operating procedures, applicable regulations and ICH GCP guidelines. Other typical daily tasks will include site administration, regulatory and start-up activities, reviewing budgets and planning meetings.

Responsibilities of the Trainee CRA:
•Tracking and reporting trial documents and ensuring collation and distribution of study tools and documents.
•Prepare, collate, distribute and archive clinical documents and correspondence.
•Updating manuals / documents (e.g. patient diaries, instructions) and document proper destruction of clinical supplies.
•Providing and collecting from investigator forms and lists for site evaluation, validation and site start-up.
•Updating clinical trial databases.
•Preparation of submission package for IRB / ERC and support regulatory submissions.
•Collaboration with finance / budgeting representatives for tracking, reporting of negotiations, contract development, approval maintenance and payments (investigators, vendors, grants).
•Monitor, track adherence and disclosures and budget close-out.
•Supporting and preparing for local investigator meetings.

Essential Criteria:
•Life Science or Medical degree or relevant healthcare experience.
•Fluency in English language (both written and spoken).
•Fluency in German and for CH roles, French language (both written and spoken).
•Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills (must be computer literate).
•Willing and able to work office-based in Munich/Vienna/Lucerne

Desirable Criteria:
•Experience working in a clinical research environment.
