Job Summary:

A new and exciting role has arisen for an experienced Brand & Commercial Strategy within the Life Science field. My Client is a well-known worldwide player within the Life Science Consulting business.

Requirements:

The Brand & Commercial Strategy Consultant will work closely with senior leaders and will be responsible for managing small teams in the design, development and delivery of medium sized Brand & Commercial strategy projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organising and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to assist in the identification of client issues and development of client deliverables
  • Planning and facilitating client workshops
  • Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations
  • Developing client relationships through face-to-face and remote interactions
  • Identifying new leads and opportunities for follow-on work
  • Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements
  • Actively participating in recruitment, and learning & development initiatives
  • Coaching junior staff (not just in projects)

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong Academic Background / Bachelor or PhD preferred
  • Extensive Consulting experience within life-sciences and a particular focus on Brand and Commercial Strategy activities (i.e.  Launch strategy, go-to-market strategy, brand strategy, performance management, patient journey and Commercial Optimisation/ Innovation etc.)
  • A track record of successful team work, developing and leading people
  • Experience managing small to medium sized regional/global projects, setting and meeting deadlines as well as managing the client’s expectations
  • The natural ability to develop credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong capability in managing projects and juggling priorities
  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
