Job Summary:

As an HEOR Manager you will be fully responsible for planning, managing and executing evidence generation (HEOR) studies. You will control the resources and budget of the projects and ensure results are delivered in time. Furthermore you will oversee a network of vendors to execute parts of specific studies. Communication is key within this role since you will interact with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

Requirements:

A global Pharmaceutical company has a requirement for;

Pharma - HEOR Manager (evidence generation focussed)
Permanent position, Full time
Office based in South East England (Easily commutable from London)

Salary: Roughly 57KGBP + 15% bonus + > 9KGBP car allowance
Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate

As an HEOR Manager you will be fully responsible for planning, managing and executing evidence generation (HEOR) studies. You will control the resources and budget of the projects and ensure results are delivered in time. Furthermore you will oversee a network of vendors to execute parts of specific studies. Communication is key within this role since you will interact with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and managing outcomes research studies to generate evidence to support the strategic market access planning and HTA submission strategy
• A-Z project management: budget, resources (including external vendors/ partners), timelines, etc.
• Communicating with different internal stakeholders to ensure the research contributes to the strategic planning of HTA submissions and Market Access strategy
• Select and oversee network of externa vendors during the execution of the studies
• Delivery of high level research that can be successfully submitted for publication

Requirements:

Work experience
• Experience in designing and conducting high level outcome research studies
• Demonstrable track record of scientific publications
• Proven project management experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/life science industry gained by experience and a perfect understanding of the UK reimbursement process

Your skills
• Exceptional and proven analytical skills
• Motivated personality with a drive to develop yourself
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to engage with different internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrable English writing skills

Education
• Postgraduate degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics or related field
