One of their leading business units is in the Diabetes Care marketplace and as a result of a shift in strategy, they are looking for a talented and experienced Healthcare Partnership Manager to join their market access UK team, covering the East Midlands / South Yorkshire territory.

Our client is a market leader in the Diagnostic testing arena, playing a pivotal role in the ground-breaking area of integrated healthcare solutions. They cover the early detection, targeted screening, evaluation and monitoring of diabetes and cardiovascular conditions. They are active in all market segments, from scientific research and clinical laboratory systems to patient self-monitoring.
One of their leading business units is in the Diabetes Care marketplace and as a result of a shift in strategy, they are looking for a talented and experienced Healthcare Partnership Manager to join their market access UK team, covering the East Midlands / South Yorkshire territory. This is a high profile role, responsible for developing business at the Clinical Commissioning Group level in the disease area of Diabetes to ensure the clients product is positioned as the preferred partner within the market place. In order to be successful, you must be able to demonstrate that you have proven experience of developing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (as well as economic and technical buyers) in CCGs at the highest decision making levels, that can lead to a successful business outcome.
In addition, the ability to develop and implement account specific strategies in assigned primary care organisations and develop secondary care sites in line with specific project requirements is a prerequisite. You will also develop and implement specific objectives based on evidence, health economics and clinical outcomes to achieve usage of targeted products and services.
Ideal profile for the role:
- Market access experience – CCG level – gained within pharmaceuticals or medical devices
- Knowledge or experience of Diabetes is preferred
- Experience of securing funding for non-reimbursed product
- Stakeholder management experience
- Track record of success with customer contacts across the territory
- Understanding of the changing dynamics of the NHS
