Summary

An excellent opportunity has come for a Regulatory Affairs Leader with a global consulting company.
The successful candidate will be playing a key role major project with a diverse range of activities and skill sets required. The desired candidate is required to deliver results by implementing policies and operational targets and execute work procedures in a project context


Responsibilities


* Regulatory strategy development- making valuable contributions to the development and implementation of strategy
* Leadership skills- responsible for building a team of regulatory professionals to achieve company objectives (planning, publishing, submission, tracking and archival of Regulatory dossiers)
* Work in conjunction with clients in order to develop client strategy and delivering client expectations
* Manage multiple regions (EU, US, APAC) and deliver outsourcing strategy
* Risk management, risk mitigation during operational phase
* Resource management- able to manage and make recommendations for resource improvement
* Interfacing with authorities- leading interactions with regulatory authorities and delivering excellent communication
* Financial management- managing and tracking expenses to anticipate cost issues and more

Education


* Degree in relevant qualification e.g. Masters/PhD in Pharmacy, Chemistry
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English (other European languages are a bonus e.g. German, French)
* Experience working in a CRO/consulting environment a bonus
* Knowledge of Quality and agreed SLA’s/KPI’s in the outsourcing environment
* Ability to define strategies and understanding for business processes and problems
