Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Devices organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Business Development Manager within the Woundcare market. This exciting role will be working across Hertfordshire and North London and you will be responsible for selling our client’s Woundcare offerings including products, services and solutions, into the NHS, Wholesalers & Private Accounts.

This exciting role will be working across Hertfordshire and North London and you will be responsible for selling our client’s Woundcare offerings including products, services and solutions, into the NHS, Wholesalers & Private Accounts. 

Essential Requirements: 
Bachelor’s Degree, BA in Business / Economics
Excellent negotiating skills
Previous success in sales and territory management 
Demonstrate a successful track record of sales through Key Account Management
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and communicate innovative ideas and thorough presentation materials
Full understanding of the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / competitors / customer group levels / government) 
Proven selling skills
Key account management techniques
Sales analysis and negotiation & influencing skills
Business case development
An existing network within NHS Senior Management would be an advantage.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Sell our client’s Woundcare offering into the NHS at the Director, Procurement, Senior Management & Senior Clinician levels and Wholesalers & Private Accounts. (Our client’s offering consists of products, woundcare advisory, IT solutions, and other services)
Manage all accounts to drive growth – including generating and distributing usage reports to TMs and customers to initiate discussions and change behaviours 
Drive key actions with TMs within ONPOS accounts
Provide training and coaching to the team around ONPOS and NHS changes relevant at a local level (e.g. CCG structures, hubs etc)·
Actively work with TM's on driving Key Acute Accounts to grow formulary listings and ultimately sales 
Implement initiatives to drive formulary compliance or inclusions in identified Key Accounts
Conduct account analysis to identify business opportunities
Build strong relations with key stakeholders
Stay on top of developments within NHS to ensure the company continues to develop a competitive offering
Stay abreast of changes within reimbursement and practice guidelines.
Provide feedback and requests to Marketing or to the organization to adapt tools and strategies to the market demand.
