Our global leading pharma giant are in a period of excitement with new products and a new team and are looking for either a Regional Business Manager (North or South ) or a National Sales Manager to join them to lead a team of Implementation Leads (KAMS)


Position Overview

 The Implementation Lead Manager (ILM) will report to the Head of the Business Unit and be a member of the BU leadership team.  You will lead the development and delivery of the national implementation plan to achieve maximum immunisation program uptake.

 You will have joint accountability for cross-franchise brand revenue with a focus on priority growth drivers.

  •  To lead and manage the national implementation team of territory based implementation leads to achieve business results, including full responsibility for the management of the team, setting clear expectations & performance standards
  •  The ILM will build trusted and strategic relationships with key customers and related stakeholders for national programmes by understanding their specific needs and priorities. They will prioritise and partner with most relevant (influential and accessible) national/regional stakeholders, undertaking a customer-led approach to align objectives with those of the company.
  •  In collaboration with the Market Access team, support the Implementation Leads in establishing and delivering innovative joint-working projects, across the country

 

Knowledge/Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in any Secondary Care Therapy Area will be considered within the Pharmaceutical arena
  • Knowledge of payor, procurement and experience of leading a sales team (candidates who are currently leading a North or South team looking to expand to a national role are an ideal fit for this role or infact a National Sales Manager looking for a new challenge.
