Location: home-based Belgium or Netherlands

Responsibilities
As a Clinical Program Leader (CPL) you will be accountable for the successful execution of local, regional and/or global clinical trials for assigned programs/projects within a Therapeutic Area (TA), including adequate planning and resource allocation, deliverables within agreed timelines and budget, with high quality and meeting all the SOP and regulatory requirements.
You will act as the single point of accountability at the program level and will have direct interface with the correspondent Research & Development Company and the sponsor clinical teams and regional Trial Coordination and Site Management, in the management of clinical trials.


Desired skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) is required. Advanced degree in a scientific discipline and/or Master Degree is preferred.
• Strong operations experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO.
• Expertise in the areas of drug development and strategic planning, specifically management of clinical trial operations.
• Full understanding of all logistical aspects when conducting local, regional and/or global clinical trials.
• Effective leadership skills and proven ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness. Excellent communication skills and the innate flexibility to work in a rapidly growing/changing organization.
• Fluency in English is an absolute requirement.
