Job Summary:

Global CRO, which is rapidly expanding across Europe is looking to hire home office based CRAs and SCRAs to add to their successful operations in Russia. Requirements:

Global CRO, which is rapidly expanding across Europe is looking to hire CRA and SCRA to add to their successful operations in Russia. The company ensures fair and adequate workload policy, quality  related financial incentives in place and opportunity to develop career in tact with their global growth.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

All aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and close-out of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits.
Site administrating and site monitoring responsibility for clinical studies according to Company and Sponsors Standard Operating Procedures, ICH Guidelines and GCP;
Site preparation for internal and external audits'
Recruiting potential investigators, preparing EC submissions, translating study-related documentation, organizing of meetings and other tasks as instructed by supervisor;
Completing Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting, processing production of reports;
Negotiating study budgets with potential investigators and assisting the Company legal department with statements of agreements as assigned;
Interact with internal work groups to evaluate needs, resources and timelines;
Assist with training, mentoring, and development of junior employees, e.g. co-monitoring;
Serve as lead monitor for a protocol or project and may assist in establishing monitoring plans as assigned.

Experience and Qualification requirement:

Life science degree
Min 2 years of independent site monitoring; 4 years + for Senior role
GCP knowledge
Verbal and Written English to advanced level and Russian
