Low travel, extra responsibilities, feel recognized for your work, be part of fast growing company!
Are you tired of working for a large company that limits your responsibilities? Do you feel like a “number”? Looking to reduce travel?
I’m working with a small, privately owned, growing global CRO on an exclusive opportunity in their Clinical Operations team. They have an impressive pipeline of studies in an array of therapeutic indications which is great for expanding your professional portfolio. They currently have between 200-300 employees globally and the fact that they are privately owned means that they are much more people orientated and all of their staff feel valued and recognised.
The role itself will include monitoring visits as needed, but will also encompass things that a standard CRA in a larger company would not be able to do such as EC & regulatory submissions, Lead CRA responsibilities on certain projects and much more. This means that you will learn a lot more in a shorter period of time and because the company is growing at a fast pace there will be the opportunity for the role to evolve into a Regional Project Manager or LCRA.
Travel is also a key factor in this brilliant opportunity. Because they are not a metric orientated company, there is not a number on minimum days on site, however on average their CRAs travel around 4-6 times per month which is a lot less than most CROs.
To qualify for this amazing and unique opportunity you NEED:
Minimum of 2 years (24 months) independent monitoring experience as a CRA
CRO or Pharma background
Office based in Milan (Flexibility)
Experience is EC submissions is ideal but not essential
Mentoring and coaching junior CRAs is essential
Mixture of therapeutic areas is ideal
If you are interested in improving your responsibilities, reducing travel, being a truly valued part of the company and much more then contact me at email@example.com for more details on how to apply.
