Ian Marlow is recruiting for a permanent Associate Director of Programming to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry to be either home or office based.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
Oversee programming managers and programming staff within the Biometrics department.
Coordinate the development and implementation of standard Operating procedures and working practice documents.
Interact extensively with a multi-disciplinary senior management team to identify critical needs and develop strategic initiatives.
Further responsibilities will include:
You will be overseeing multiple projects as well as 10-40 billable programming positions.
You will contribute directly to the companys revenue by contributing to milestone deliverables for Data Management and Biostatistics.
Helping to develop existing staff and recruit new staff as well as retaining existing staff.
This position coordinates process and work-flow across sites.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
BA/BS degree or equivalent in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field
Ongoing and proven multiple years experience.
You must have database management, SAS or PL/SQL programming experience.
Supervisery experience required.
