Job Summary:

Working for a global Clinical Research Organization as our office Administrative Assistant in Budapest office you will provide clerical and administrative support for all employees in Hungary. Main Responsibilities:

Provide reception services
Answer office telephone switchboard and direct calls appropriately
Provide general administrative support
Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing post and courier packages
Involved in finance related matters and cooperating with corporate finance

Management on tasks such as:


Receipt, tracking, filing and reporting of invoices
Process payments through the weekly cash report system and

expense reports


Photocopy and fax or scan financial back-up documents
May assist with confidential Human Resources administration under the direction of

HR management

Maintain and order office supplies and negotiate best practices for supplies
Maintain files
Plan meetings, prepare meeting materials and organize catering
Develop and maintain administrative systems to increase efficiency
Make travel arrangements
Produce documents, correspondence, and reports utilizing word processing,

presentation and spreadsheet software including tables, listings and charts


Experience Required:

Previous relevant experience
Demonstrated competency with Word processing and spreadsheet software, MS

Office essential, and experience with accounts receivable software

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle extremely confidential information with complete discretion
Strong organizational skills
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills


Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
