The opportunity
Phlexglobal are a multi-national company that utilise the latest technologies to build a market leading clinical trial platform.  Built on Microsoft development framework, our PhlexEview platform is an enterprise scale, cloud based, modular system with a rapidly growing feature set. The core technology stack is currently based on .Net 4.5 and MVC 6 with RESTful API and mobile (iOS/Android) apps. We work to an Agile process with Continuous Integration techniques. Phlexglobal recognise the importance of adopting new technologies where they can add value and encourage technical input in to the design of the product.

Our product development team is expanding rapidly across 3 countries (UK, US and Poland). With close cooperation between offices essential, there is always the opportunity to work across the offices. The role
The main purpose of the role is to join our highly skilled development team working on our platform.

A full job description will be provided ahead of interviews, but in brief duties could include:

Develop document processing and indexing web applications, predominantly using ASP.Net, C#, MVC and associated technologies
Debug, investigate and resolve application functionality related issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for new development projects.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new technologies, development methodologies and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.

We are looking for individuals who have:

Extensive experience in technical development and technical design.
Demonstrable commercial experience in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, jQuery, HTML/CSS.
Technical experience with SQL, ideally MySQL or MS SQL Server.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to be flexible and both independently and in a team environment, in an environment with ever changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a practical understanding implementing SOAP and RESTful APIs.
Be able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Be results oriented and who thrives working in a fast paced environment.
