Requirements:

We are currently recruiting talented Senior Digital Account Managers (SDAM) to work on a US client project.

Job Role:

  • The Digital Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with strategically important, large customers. Assigned to a number of global pharma customer brands, the SDAM is responsible for achieving revenue targets and assigned strategic account objectives.
  • The Digital Account Manager leads the customer account planning cycle and ensures assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.
  • The Digital Account Manager reports to the Global Account Director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key people in assigned customer account
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
  • Provide regular client counsel, including problem solving
  • Systematically and regularly evaluate all aspects of client-agency relationship
  • Co-ordinate the involvement of company personnel, including client services and project management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for account revenue growth
  • Ensure strategic objectives on client accounts are met
  • Proactively contribute to a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops financial targets and critical milestones
  • Participate in new business pitching
  • Accountabilities and Performance Measures
  • Achieve revenue targets in designated strategic accounts
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by Global Account Director
  • Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

Job Requirements:

  • Be degree qualified (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
  • Have deep understanding of digital marketing
  • Have strong Pharmaceutical sector experience
  • Have successfully managed sizeable client accounts/budgets
  • Have excellent client management / strategic counselling skills
  • Have solid understanding of budgeting client programmes
  • Be fluent/native English speaker
