My client is a fast-growing global mid-sized Biopharma with a diverse portfolio of products in different therapy areas. They have grown rapidly over the last few years, a trend set to continue as they continue to grow organically and through acquisition. They are searching for a Pricing & Reimbursement Associate Director in their UK business. They have a highly dynamic culture and encourage autonomy, proactivity and innovation with a strong bias for action. With an established portfolio of commercialised medicines and a very promising pipeline this role will play a key part in the successful commercialisation and reimbursement of forthcoming innovative launches across European & Rest of World markets.

The role will lead part of the Pricing and Reimbursement division as it continues expanding in line with consistent business growth, developing the International Pricing & Access strategy and delivering pricing and reimbursement outcomes, including landscape analysis, KOL interviews, payer management and negotiation, HTA submissions and working cross-functionally within the UK business. Contributing to and adapting the Global Value Dossier along with remaining at the forefront of industry trends and evolving policies to offer expertise internally as to the implications is also part of the role. Close collaboration with medical, regulatory and commercial teams at regional and national level and offering council to the global development teams to assess new target acquisitions also fall under the scope.

Individuals who enjoy inputting strategically, driving client relations and managing the day-to-day business in a hands-on manner will be particularly well suited. Previous experience of managing HTA submissions, conducting payer interviews, KOL engagement, and delivering value communications is required. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Consulting firms and have a good technical grounding in Pricing and Reimbursement.

The role is based in the UK and requires office presence. The salary and package are competitive and dependent on the level of previous experience.
