PRA is excited to announce that we are expanding our team in Livingston with a Senior Statistical Programmer within our Strategic Solutions.  So if you have experience providing oversight of programming activities in support of clinical trial reporting and submissions then you should apply.


  • Leading a programming team for a single project
  • Involved in Programming planning actives
  • Develop SAS programs in support of complex clinical trial activities.
  • Review and provide input into project requirements.
  • Develop detailed programming strategy.
  • Provide project specific guidance to programming team members (Internal and External).
  • Drive programming activities to ensure quality and on-time deliverables.
  • Interact with external suppliers to assign and review programming deliverables

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan and execute programs for a single project.
  • Deliver individual SAS programming deliverables of high complexity within a single project.
  • Demonstrate expertise in technical/programming skills.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of clinical trial activities.
  • Will be responsible in training new hires (Flex) in Janssen programming process and tools.
  • Team leadership skills

In order to be considered for the position at PRA, you will have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a mathematical, statistical, quantitative or scientific field.  A Principal level applicant will need demonstrable experience within the clinical environment.

In addition, you will have previously provided successful leadership in the planning, supervision, implementation and monitoring of programming processes, have a strong background in process improvement and working on global initiatives and be comfortable working within an international project team environment.
