Contract Specialist
 
The basic purpose of this position is to serve as the primary contact for all Clinical Trial Agreements of all clinical studies assigned to their group.
 
Main duties and responsibilities will be:

•    Draft, negotiate and finalize Clinical Trial Agreements
•    Serve as a liaison between Sponsor and study site
•    Review all Clinical Trial Agreements and identify all potential legal risks and exposures
•    Identify and protect Company from unnecessary business
•    Oversee follow-up with clients regarding status of outstanding contract issues


Qualifications

Ideally suitable candidates will have experience of minimum 2 years in contract drafting and negotiation; a Law degree will be considered an advantage.

If you have legal background (optional), experience in contract drafting and negotiation, excellent English skills (verbal and written), excellent PC skills and proven ability to manage workload in a variety of settings against difficult deadlines, then do not miss this opportunity!
