REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor degree in the life sciences
-Master degree is an asset
-Min. 5 years experience as a CRA (all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out) from top CRO or Pharma
-Experience as a line manager is MANDATORY for this position (Min. 1.5 years)
-Valid Driver`s Licence
-Fluency in Dutch and English

Effective mentoring/leadership/supervisory ability including excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent clinical trials monitoring skills.
Effective organizational and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective written and oral communication skills (English language and grammar)
Computer literate
Ability to travel as needed.
Excellent team player with team building skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Description
Daily line management responsibilities of assigned team. Serves as positive leadership and
professional role model for respective staff, which may be inclusive of CRAs, PAs, RSMs and other clinical focused staff.
Provides direct coaching and development support to operational teams.
Responsible for effective resourcing, alignment, training and on-going professional and technical development for staff.
Primary focus on line and performance management of team members.
Works in collaboration with the leadership team for resourcing needs.
