Job Summary:

Within this role you will report into the L&D Lead EU & ROW, develop and implement product and skills training to support the needs of the Commercial and Medical departments and ensure the building of employee knowledge and capability which will enable them to drive results and success against their objectives.

Within this role you will report into the L&D Lead EU & ROW, develop and implement product and skills training to support the needs of the Commercial and Medical departments and ensure the building of employee knowledge and capability which will enable them to drive results and success against their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Exhibits exceptional degree of understanding of the clinical applications and benefits of company Pharmaceutical’s products and is viewed as an expert internally and in the field
- Collaborates with the business to determine the most effective approaches to meet the product learning and skills training needs of both the commercial and medical sides of the business within the EU & ROW environment, applying adult learning and experiential learning principles
- Collaborates and shares resources, knowledge and best practice with L&D company colleagues globally
- Performs detailed needs assessments in coordination with Sales Leadership, L&D, Marketing and Medical
- Translates business needs to clinical and sales training products and programmes; regularly reviews and updates training resources in line with feedback and business need
- Collaborates with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory to ensure all training products and programmes comply with the organisations SOPs
- Facilitates training programmes and is highly skilled at group facilitation and group learning exercises, this will include non-product related training such as on-boarding
- Designs and implements metrics to measure success and impact of training programmes and resources

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required
- Candidates must demonstrate sound knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical sales or marketing experience including sales training
- Candidates must demonstrate sound knowledge of developing and delivering clinically focused training and sales result related training
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships cross-functionally at all levels across the company
- Competence in needs assessment, facilitation, prioritisation, collaboration, written and verbal communication, influence and Impact and decision making
- Ability to travel as needed, usually within the EU and occasional travel to the US as needed. During certain intervals, travel may be significant
