An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Respiratory Regulatory Strategy Director/Senior Director, within Mylan’s Global Respiratory Group (MGRG) based in Sandwich, Kent. MGRG is responsible for the development of a wide range of respiratory products including pMDIs, DPIs and nebulisers. Our growing portfolio encompasses Generics and New Chemical Entities for Global Markets. Our Regulatory team specialise in providing high quality strategic and operational support though all phases of the respiratory drug lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of global Regulatory strategies through clinical trials, registration and approval. Working closely with development teams, stakeholders and liaising with regulatory agencies, this is a key role in delivering Mylan’s respiratory portfolio of products to patients throughout the world.

Here are the minimum qualifications for this position:
• Proven track record in regulatory affairs and an R & D environment
• Good communicator with experience of scientific interactions with Regulatory Agencies.
• Experience of building regulatory submissions e.g. MAA’s, NDA’s and ANDAs, INDs, CTAs.
• A culture of good team work and collaboration with an ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• A strong drive for excellence with high accountability for delivery and a willingness to learn.
• Motivates peers through enthusiasm and passion for our work.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
• Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Word and Document Management Systems.
