Job Summary:

Our team is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Supply Manager, for one of our clients (located in Brabant-Walloon), a leading pharmaceutical company in Belgium. Not only will you have the opportunity to start in a very interesting job, but you will also be welcomed be starting in a very nice and enthusiastic team, where we have a very high number of CROMSOURCE colleagues working.


  • Experience in managing inventory/supplies or complex supply chains  
  • Knowledge of clinical trial packaging  
  • SAP experience is a must 
  • Strong organisation and self-management skills 
  • Multitasker and able to respond to change 
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Higher degree in Sciences or equivalent by experience  
  • Flexible and positive minded 
  • Problem solving attitude 
  • Detail minded and very accurate way of working 
  • Willing to work fulltime


  • Partners with the Packaging Plant Planner to understand schedule and priorities 
  • Responsible for ordering activities  
  • Completes Request For Proposals (RFP) and shopping carts
  • Completes steps on packaging process order
  • Completes label print order extraction  
  • Monitors component inventory levels
  • Converts packaging and label purchase requisitions to Purchase Orders (PO), enters order details and releases Purchase Orders  
  • Resolves order specific issues with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO)
  • Completes steps on the quality inspection lot  
  • Will complete necessary trackers, such as SAP and reconciles discrepancies between goods receipt and invoice  
  • Communicates stock availability to CMO
  • Monitors delivery due list and notifies CMO when shipment of finished goods are needed
