Requirements:

Senior Programmer Analyst- PA or Homebased -USA

  • Gain in-depth experience in global clinical trials with one of the largest CROs in the world
  • Ongoing structured training to expand skills set including clinical research, specific subjects within biostatistics and programing as well as development in management and technical track
  • Present a range of methods to both internal and external colleagues.
  • Apply and expand your technical expertise by working with a variety of tools and technologies, including  SAS®, S-Plus®, EAST® and many others
  • Be keen to work on new challenges and widening skills set

Education:

  •  BA/BSc degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field.
  • MA/MS degree is desirable
  • Minimum 5 years of programming and clinical research or industry related experience
  • Must have database management experience in SAS or PL/SQL programming.

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Experience with one or more programming languages
  • To be capable of mentoring, training and supervising others.
  • Understand relational database structure as well as working with complex data systems
  •  Displaying strong attention to detail while using innovative skills to problem solve.
  • Be able to communicate and use good written and verbal skills.
  • Leadership experience within a multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to work effectively, organize and manage multiple projects within challenging deadlines.
  • To and adjust accordingly to new priorities.
  • Uphold a positive working attitude and work well within a team.
